Selection criteria
Send the part number, machine model and photo — that's usually enough to identify the right part.
Genuine factory parts give the best fit and life on critical wear items. Branded parts suit non-critical service items.
Concrete mix, sand type and operating pressure drive wear. NZ aggregates can be hard on hose, plates and rings — plan stock accordingly.
Common items are stocked or quickly sourced; less common items may be indent only. Get on the front foot before you're out of action.
Use hose rated for the pressure you're pumping at. Don't mix end fittings without checking.
